Supplements

You can return a supplement within 7 days of delivery for a refund, as long as it is unopened and unused with the factory seal intact.

Once a seal is broken we cannot take it back. We cannot resell an opened container or verify how it was stored, and we will not pass that risk to the next man who orders. Return shipping is yours unless the return is our mistake.

Merch and apparel

Merch is final sale.

The exception is our mistake. If we sent the wrong item, the wrong size against what your order says, or the piece arrived defective or damaged, tell us and we will replace it or refund it in full, shipping included. That is on us, not on you.

Ordering the wrong size is not our mistake. Check the size guide on the product page before you buy, and write to us if you are between sizes. We would rather answer a question than process a return.

The training hall

Membership in the training hall and any program written for you are non-refundable, including partial months and unused time.

This is digital access. The moment you are in, you have the programs, the logging and the library. You can cancel at any time and your access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund past ones.

A program written for you under Forged For You is written by hand for your injuries, your schedule and your marks. Once it has been sent, it is not refundable.

Damaged, defective, or the wrong item

Check your order when it arrives. If something is broken, defective, or not what you ordered, write to us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and the packaging. We will make it right, replacement or refund, your choice, and we pay the shipping.

How to start a return

Email info@ancestralbrotherhood.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and what is wrong. Do not send anything back before you hear from us; returns that arrive without authorization can be refused. If we approve the return we will send you instructions, and a prepaid label where the return is our error.

When you get your money

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. We process the refund within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return. How fast it shows up after that is up to your bank or card issuer, and is usually another 3 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is our error.
