What happens between the moment you order and the moment it lands on your step.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States. We do not ship internationally yet.

How long before it ships

Orders leave the building within 3 business days of being placed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, not counting national holidays. An order placed on a Friday evening starts its clock the following Monday. During a launch or a sale, a few orders can take a day longer than that, and if yours is one of them we will tell you rather than leave you watching a tracking number that has not moved.

How long it takes to arrive

Transit time is on top of that 3 business days, and belongs to the carrier rather than to us. Most domestic orders arrive within 2 to 7 business days once they have shipped, depending on how far they are travelling and which service you chose at checkout.

Tracking

You get a confirmation email the moment your order is placed and a second email with a tracking number the moment it ships. If the second email has not arrived after 3 business days, check your spam folder, then write to us.

Your address

We ship to the address you enter at checkout, so check it before you confirm. If you catch a mistake, email us straight away. We can usually fix it before the order is picked, but not after it has shipped. A package that is returned to us because the address was wrong can be reshipped once you cover the new postage.

Lost, late, or damaged in transit

If tracking stops moving for more than 7 business days, or the package arrives damaged, write to us with your order number and photos. We will open a claim with the carrier and get you sorted. You will not be left arguing with a shipping company on your own.
